Our Maternity Tour gives expectant families the chance to get familiar with our Labor & Delivery and New Family Center units. You’ll learn about the services we offer, see the space where you’ll welcome your little one, and feel more prepared for what’s ahead. After the tour, we’ll share helpful pre-registration assistance and practical information to support you as new parents.
Childbirth Online Class: Grapevine (Online Patient Course)
Learn about breastfeeding from the comfort of your home. Not every family is able to attend parent education classes in person, while others learn better with a self-study class. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning easy and fun. Portal instructions and access code will be sent to you in your confirmation email following registration.

Virtual Pumping Class - Irving (Live Patient Class)
Getting ready to pump? Our Virtual Pumping Class is designed to help you feel prepared and confident from the very beginning. This class provides practical guidance and must have resources to support pumping success—including how to maximize milk expression, store milk safely, maintain your supply, and prepare both mom and baby for pumping. We’ll also discuss involving a support partner and navigating pumping when returning to work.
Pregnancy Online Class: Irving (Online Patient Course)
Congratulations on your pregnancy! You have a lot to look forward to, and probably more than a few questions and concerns about what to expect over the coming months. Consider the Understanding Pregnancy eClass your go-to guide for answers you can trust. This interactive online class covers essential information on your baby's development, helpful tips for a healthy pregnancy, and includes partner tips throughout. You'll see how your baby develops with 3D animation and have access to helpful trackers and checklists that help you stay organized and healthy. Allow 2-3 hours to complete.
Postpartum Health & Baby Care Online Class: Irving (Online Patient Course)
This interactive online course covers essential information for the first two weeks after birth, including taking care of yourself, caring for your newborn, and feeding your baby. It also highlights important warning signs, so you know when to call for help. Allow about 2 hours to complete.
