Payment Options

Payment may be made by credit card or ACH/electronic payment.

• Credit Card: Complete payment through the online payment portal.
• ACH Payment: If you would like to submit payment via ACH, please email [email protected] to request a W-9 and ACH payment instructions. Please include "FY27 Dallas Hematology Lecture Series ACH Payment" in the subject line of your email.

Please note that exhibit space will not be confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Reservation Policy: Exhibit space may be reserved for up to thirty (30) days pending receipt of payment. If payment is not received within 30 days of reservation, the space may be released and offered to another exhibitor.

To ensure equitable participation, exhibitor registration is limited to two sessions monthly.
