We look forward to welcoming you and helping you feel prepared for your delivery experience. Important Registration Information • Registration is required for each individual. Even if attending together, each person must register individually. • Availability is limited, and tours book quickly. Please register for only one tour. • Childbirth classes include a maternity tour—if you are enrolled in a childbirth class, a separate tour registration is not necessary.

06/24/2026 - 5:30pm to 8:30pmGet ready for the big day with this comprehensive childbirth preparation class, offered over the next three Wednesdays. These sessions are designed to support both expectant mothers and their partners. Across the three weeks, you’ll learn about the stages of labor and birth, explore the vital role of the dad or support person, and practice comfort techniques such as relaxation and breathing. We’ll also cover special procedures, pain management options like epidurals, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. A maternity tour is included at the end of class to help you feel confident and prepared for your delivery experience.

06/24/2026 - 6:00pm to 7:00pmThis interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor & delivery, as well as the Postpartum and Nursery Units. All questions are welcomed. NOTE: Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

This interactive class focuses on creating a supportive, low-stress environment that promotes hormonal balance, releases endorphins, and strengthens connection between you and your birth partner. This class is designed to complement a traditional childbirth education course by focusing specifically on physical comfort, partner involvement, and real-time coping tools you can use during labor. You will learn practical, evidence-informed techniques to support labor and birth, including: • Effective labor and pushing positions for each stage of labor • Relaxation and comfort strategies to reduce tension and fear • Breathing techniques designed for labor and delivery • Hands-on comfort measures such as massage, pressure points, and partner support • How to recognize signs of fetal malposition, prodromal labor, and ways to encourage productive labor progress Registration Details • One registration covers both partners, as the class fee is charged per couple and automatically includes one partner or support person • Best taken during the third trimester as a complement to your prepared childbirth or childbirth education class.
