    This breastfeeding support group is a virtual place where moms can come to share their experiences and to find solutions from other new moms in a safe, nonjudgmental and fun environment.  A board-certified lactation consultant will facilitate the discussion during the online breastfeeding support group.

    Breastfeeding covers the benefits for both the mom and baby, getting off to a good start in the hospital, tips for the first few weeks at home, how to get help if problems arise, and advice on pumping and weaning. For social distancing, classes are being limited to 10 couples per class.

    This class for expectant parents focuses on the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes basic breastfeeding knowledge and its importance, latch and positioning, breast care, breast milk storage and breastfeeding lifestyle. Registration fee includes a partner. This class is taught by an IBCLC

    This class is for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What to look for? We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician! This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.
