06/14/2025 - 9:00am to 10:00amTake10 stands for “Take 10 minutes to learn compression-only CPR.” It is regular people providing CPR training that is simple, fast and free. Take10 started in order to improve cardiac arrest survival by increasing the number of people able to and willing to act when needed. Survival depends on CPR starting quickly, before 911 responders arrive. Attendees will need to be able to kneel for approximately 5 – 8 minutes.

06/14/2025 - 9:00am to 5:00pmThis class focuses on preparation for childbirth, emphasizing the experience of labor and birth and the important role of the support person. A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn. Registration fee includes partner.

Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. **This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you** Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes combining breastfeeding and working and expression and storage of breast milk. Primary support persons are encouraged to attend.

We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician! This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.

Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one.
