    Take10 stands for “Take 10 minutes to learn compression-only CPR.” It is regular people providing CPR training that is simple, fast and free. Take10 started in order to improve cardiac arrest survival by increasing the number of people able to and willing to act when needed. Survival depends on CPR starting quickly, before 911 responders arrive. Attendees will need to be able to kneel for approximately 5 – 8 minutes.

    This class focuses on preparation for childbirth, emphasizing the experience of labor and birth and the important role of the support person. A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn. Registration fee includes partner.
  • Fast Track Childbirth Class - 1 Day: McKinney 06/14/2025 @ 9am to 5pm

    Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. **This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you**  Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.
  • Breastfeeding Class: College Station 06/14/25 @ 9:30am to 11:30am

    This class for expectant parents focuses on the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes combining breastfeeding and working and expression and storage of breast milk. Primary support persons are encouraged to attend.
  • Newborn Care: Dallas 06/14/25 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm

    This class is for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What to look for? We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician! This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.
  • Infant & Child CPR: Dallas 06/14/25 @ 1pm to 3:30pm

    This non-certification class is designed specifically for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of infants and children. Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. Come gain the confidence, skills, and knowledge to save a child's life. **This class is not booked by couple. Each person must register individually for a space in this class.**
