    This 3-week series helps you prepare for childbirth by focusing on the labor and birth experience, as well as the vital role of the support person. You'll learn and practice a variety of comfort measures, such as relaxation and breathing techniques. The class also covers: • Special procedures and epidurals • An overview of cesarean birth • Postpartum recovery and newborn care By the end of the series, you’ll feel more confident, informed, and ready for your birthing journey.

    This interactive class is designed for expectant and new parents, grandparents, or caregivers. It aims to help you develop realistic expectations and gain confidence in the basics of infant care. Topics include: • Soothing techniques • Guidelines for safe sleep • Diapering • Car seat safety • Feeding • Bathing You’ll also receive invaluable parenting tips and helpful resources to support and build your parenting skills.
  • 08/10/2025 - 1:00pm to 5:00pm
    Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for an empowered birth experience. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

    Intro to breastfeeding (With the Childbirth Class only, not in Accelerated Childbirth Class): This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean), and the basics of breastfeeding, including what to expect in the hospital.
  • 08/10/2025 - 2:00pm to 4:30pm
    This class for expectant parents focuses on the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes basic breastfeeding knowledge and its importance, latch and positioning, breast care, breast milk storage and breastfeeding lifestyle. Registration fee includes a partner.
