Participants will learn and practice a variety of comfort techniques, including relaxation and breathing exercises. The class also includes discussion of special procedures, epidurals, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and basic newborn care.

11/23/2025 - 1:00pm to 6:00pmIntro to breastfeeding (With the Childbirth Class only, not in Accelerated Childbirth Class): This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean), and the basics of breastfeeding, including what to expect in the hospital.

11/23/2025 - 1:30pm to 2:30pmOur In-Person Maternity Tour offers expectant families the chance to get familiar with the Labor & Delivery and New Family Center units. This guided tour helps ease any uncertainty by showing you what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives. Following the tour, we’ll provide: • Pre-registration assistance • Practical information and resources for new parents • An opportunity to ask questions and feel more prepared This is a great way to feel confident and comfortable before your baby’s arrival!
