    A Calm, Supportive Way to Stay Strong While Expecting Prenatal Barre is a low impact, full body workout that integrates elements of Pilates, yoga, and dance. Movements are performed in rhythm with music to encourage smooth transitions, mindful movement, and positive energy. This class is specifically designed for expectant mothers and incorporates pregnancy safe exercises that support strength building, enhance endurance, and encourage physical readiness for labor and delivery.

    This virtual class for expectant parents focusing on the joys, and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for parents and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes basic breastfeeding knowledge and its importance, latch and positioning, breast care, storage and breastfeeding lifestyle. This class will include access to the online Breastfeeding Class after completion. This class is taught by an IBCLC
