    This breastfeeding support group is a virtual place where moms can come to share their experiences and to find solutions from other new moms in a safe, nonjudgmental and fun environment.  A board-certified lactation consultant will facilitate the discussion during the online breastfeeding support group.

    We are excited to provide you a 1-hour virtual tour of our hospital facility and share how we can support you during your upcoming birth. Included: Short hospital tour video  Go over the key areas you will come across during your stay: -General Information -Labor & Delivery -Neonatal Intensive Care Unit -New Family Center -Food Services Discussion to answer any questions. By the end of our virtual tour, you will know where to go and what to expect for your baby's birth.

    Childbirth Basics is designed to help expectant mothers—and their support partners—prepare for one of life’s most exciting milestones: the arrival of your baby. This monthly class is ideal for first time parents and provides a comprehensive overview of what to expect before, during, and after delivery. Topics covered include: • Stages of labor and delivery • Epidurals and pain management options • Breathing, relaxation, and massage techniques • Postpartum care • Common medical interventions, including cesarean birth Each session concludes with a guided tour of the Obstetrics (OB) Unit, allowing families to become familiar with the environment ahead of delivery day.

    This course is an important planning tool for preparing for breast pump use and maximizing milk expression and storage. We will discuss and provide must- have resources for balancing and maintaining supply, preparing mom and baby and partner and returning to work. The knowledge a mom gains from this class will help with confidence and help establish pumping goals.

    Getting ready to pump? Our Virtual Pumping Class is designed to help you feel prepared and confident from the very beginning. This class provides practical guidance and must have resources to support pumping success—including how to maximize milk expression, store milk safely, maintain your supply, and prepare both mom and baby for pumping. We’ll also discuss involving a support partner and navigating pumping when returning to work.
