This interactive guided tour is designed to help expectant parents and support persons become familiar with our Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Nursery Units. Participants will have the opportunity to see key areas, understand what to expect during their stay, and ask any questions they may have. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you feel prepared for your delivery experience. Important Registration Information • Registration is required for each individual. Even if attending together, each person must register individually. • Availability is limited, and tours book quickly. Please register for only one tour. • Childbirth classes include a maternity tour—if you are enrolled in a childbirth class, a separate tour registration is not necessary.

Included: The key areas you will come across during your stay, general information on how to prepare and what to pack for the hospital. The tour will cover Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, New Family Center, Food Services, visitor guidelines and prenatal classes. There will be discussion to answer any questions.

This interactive class focuses on creating a supportive, low-stress environment that promotes hormonal balance, releases endorphins, and strengthens connection between you and your birth partner. This class is designed to complement a traditional childbirth education course by focusing specifically on physical comfort, partner involvement, and real-time coping tools you can use during labor. You will learn practical, evidence-informed techniques to support labor and birth, including: • Effective labor and pushing positions for each stage of labor • Relaxation and comfort strategies to reduce tension and fear • Breathing techniques designed for labor and delivery • Hands-on comfort measures such as massage, pressure points, and partner support • How to recognize signs of fetal malposition, prodromal labor, and ways to encourage productive labor progress Registration Details • One registration covers both partners, as the class fee is charged per couple and automatically includes one partner or support person • Best taken during the third trimester as a complement to your prepared childbirth or childbirth education class.
