Our In-Person Maternity Tour offers expectant families the chance to get familiar with the Labor & Delivery and New Family Center units. This guided tour helps ease any uncertainty by showing you what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives. Following the tour, we’ll provide: • Pre-registration assistance • Practical information and resources for new parents • An opportunity to ask questions and feel more prepared This is a great way to feel confident and comfortable before your baby’s arrival!

Accelerated Childbirth + Intro to Breastfeeding- Centennial 07/07/2025 @ 6pm to 9pm
This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean) including what to expect in the hospital.
Childbirth - 2 Day Series: Fort Worth - October 18th & 25th, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
This 2 Day class focuses on preparation for childbirth, emphasizing the experience of labor and birth and the important role of the support person. A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn. Yoga mats are available at the class.
