Intro to breastfeeding (With the Childbirth Class only, not in Accelerated Childbirth Class): This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean), and the basics of breastfeeding, including what to expect in the hospital.

Join our free Girl Talk event as we chat about what to expect— both physically and emotionally—in terms both mother and daughter can understand. Registration is required to attend. Class includes free parking and a complimentary dinner.

This course also provides the opportunity to learn the skills that will help you have a positive breastfeeding experience and provide information on growth, development and parenting. Partners are highly encouraged to support by attending.

Antenatal: This class covers how to prepare for breastfeeding during pregnancy, IE: hand expression, setting up your breast pump, flange sizing, etc.
