The two most important factors in successfully meeting your breastfeeding goals are knowledge and commitment. In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way. • This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.

Breastfeeding covers the benefits for both the mom and baby, getting off to a good start in the hospital, tips for the first few weeks at home, how to get help if problems arise, and advice on pumping and weaning. For social distancing, classes are being limited to 10 couples per class.
