This class alternative is for couples who prefer learning in the comfort of their own home and at their own pace or for couples who are on bedrest or who have scheduling conflicts. This interactive program includes videos and illustrations that provides couples with the skills that are essential to an informed childbirth experience.
An invitation to the online course will be given to you within 5 business days after you have completed the registration process.

Learn about childbirth from the comfort of your home. Not every family is able to attend parent education classes in person, while others learn better with a self-study class. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning easy and fun. After enrolling, you will receive our email confirmation with your access code and instructions on how to access the course. The course will be good for 9 months starting from the time you first logon. Your childbirth educator's contact information will be included in the program for any questions you may have.

This Dad taught class will equip you with the tools and knowledge to navigate the exciting, sometimes unpredictable journey of pregnancy and parenting.
You will learn how to support your partner through pregnancy and birth. Learn survival tips for those sleep deprived months with a newborn and how to master the art of diaper duty.
Join us for some laughs, learning and whole lot of support as you prepare to welcome your little bundle of joy. Let's get ready for fatherhood!

Measurably improve diabetes control by enhancing diabetes knowledge, skills and attitudes. This ADA-recognized Diabetes Self-Management Program provides all the basic skills required to live healthy with diabetes over the course of a lifetime. Participants will complete four sessions in one to four months. Each class is two hours, except Session 1, which is 2.5 hours.
