Understanding Cesarean Birth (Online Patient Class): Temple

This online class will walk you through the cesarean process, including reasons for having a cesarean delivery, labor signs, preparing for surgery, and the recovery process. After enrolling, you will receive our email confirmation with your access code and instructions on how to access the course. The course will be good for 9 months starting from the time you first logon. Your childbirth educator's contact information will be included in the program for any questions you may have.

Understanding Your Newborn: Temple (Online Patient Course)

This online class will walk you through standard newborn traits, care for, feedings, safety, etc. After enrolling, you will receive our email confirmation with your access code and instructions on how to access the course. Unmedicated Childbirth Class: Dallas (In-Person Patient Class)
  • Women's Health
Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for a low intervention, unmediated, natural birth after attending this class. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.
