Planning a birth with few to no medical interventions? Learn how at your own time and pace! This interactive online course builds on what you have already learned in a standard childbirth preparation class. You will learn more about natural childbirth, comfort techniques, and how to write a natural birth plan. By watching several birth stories, you will also get a sense of what natural birth is like.
Allow 3-4 hours to complete.

This class is designed to help new parents develop realistic expectations while learning the basics of infant care.
Section 1: This class covers things to expect to care for baby, including walk through for swaddling, diapers, etc.
Section 2: The second portion is over details of breastfeeding, positioning, latching, and what to expect as your milk comes in.

This class is for expecting parents wondering what happens AFTER the baby comes. What's normal? Is baby pooping enough? What to look for? We will cover newborn appearance, bathing, diapering, growth spurts, milestones, safe sleeping & newborn sleep expectations, skin care, calming techniques, circumcision, intact care, and more. We'll also discuss choosing and when to call a pediatrician!
This class is pay per couple, please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend.

This course also provides the opportunity to learn the skills that will help you have a positive breastfeeding experience and provide information on growth, development and parenting. Partners are highly encouraged to support by attending.

Baylor Scott & White Health now offers online childbirth and breastfeeding education for your convenience. This interactive, web-based instruction contains animated illustrations, videos and games to make learning convenient and fun in the comfort of your home.

This class gives you a wonderful guide to help you learn about the basics of taking care of your new infant. A self-study program designed to help new parents transition to parenting right in the comfort of their own home. Soothing techniques, safe sleep guidelines, diapering, bathing and feeding are just a few of the topics covered in this instructional online course. Useful tips and resources will give you confidence as you build your parenting skills.
