Baby Boot Camp covers the characteristics of newborns, hospital procedures, tests and medications, breast and bottle feeding, tips for the first few weeks at home, and a skills lab that includes diapering, dressing, swaddling, using a bulb syringe, and taking temperature.
For social distancing, classes are being limited to 10 couples per class.

This class is designed to help new parents develop realistic expectations while learning the basics of infant care. Topics will include guidelines for safe sleep, diapering, car seat safety, feeding, bathing, and much more. Invaluable parenting tips and resources will help build your parenting skills.

Get ready to connect, learn, and enjoy the wonderful world of babywearing!

An in-depth weight loss surgery seminar with information presented by one of our bariatric surgeons on surgical options, risks, follow-up, and monitoring requirements. A nutrition class is also provided by our dietician.

The two most important factors in successfully meeting your breastfeeding goals are knowledge and commitment. In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way.
**This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you.**

This class for expectant parents focuses on the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for mothers and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes combining breastfeeding and working and expression and storage of breast milk. Primary support persons are encouraged to attend.
