DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF CANCELLATIONS: 11:59 P.M. CDT ON APRIL 30, 2026.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include the registration ID number and registrant name(s). Cancellations are not accepted by phone.
- Full conference cancellations notice received on or before April 30, 2026 will receive a refund less the $30 administrative fee if paid by credit card and will be processed in four to six weeks after the request is approved.
- *No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 30, 2026.
- Refunds are not issued for no-shows.
- Registrations may be transferred to other participants from the same school district.
- McLane Children’s reserves the right to cancel or postpone any or all conference activities due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of McLane Children’s. In the event the conference is canceled, McLane Children’s reserves the right to credit registration fees toward a future McLane Children’s event or reimburse the registrant after deducting costs already incurred by McLane Children’s.

All registrations that are completed and paid in full prior to April 1, 2026, will be at the $270 fee. On or after April 1, 2026, registration will be $300. Any district registering 6 or more nurses will receive a $50 discount per registrant. Only ONE discount can be applied. If you wish to register 6 or more nurses there is a coupon that can be applied. Thank you.
