OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  • Negotiate a patient/colleague interaction agenda to improve clinical outcomes and patient/colleague experience in multiple healthcare settings.
  • Listen to patients, colleagues or their family members in a reflective manner to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience in multiple healthcare settings
  • Respond to patients, colleagues or their family members with empathic statements to improve clinical outcomes and patient/colleague experience in multiple healthcare settings
