Baby Boot Camp is a hands‑on class designed to help expectant families feel ready for life with a newborn. Learn what to expect during your hospital stay and gain practical skills to care for your baby at home.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Newborn behaviors and care basics
  • Common hospital procedures, tests, and medications
  • Breast and bottle-feeding guidance
  • Helpful tips for the first weeks at home

Hands‑On Skills Lab:

  • Diapering & dressing
  • Swaddling techniques
  • Using a bulb syringe
  • Safely taking your baby’s temperature

Target Audience

  • Register the expectant mother only
  • One support person is welcome (no registration required)

Children are not permitted
