The two most important factors in successfully meeting your breastfeeding goals are knowledge and commitment. In this class we will discuss what to expect when parenting a breastfed infant, how to prepare to breastfeed, pitfalls and "booby traps" to avoid, and where to go for support and help along the way.

**This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. **

 

Target Audience

Expectant mother only. Fathers/coaches are encouraged to attend but do not need to be enrolled.
