This class covers:

  • The benefits of breastfeeding for both mom and baby
  • How to get off to a strong start in the hospital
  • Practical tips for the first few weeks at home
  • What to do and where to get help if challenges arise
  • Guidance on pumping and weaning

Target Audience

  • Expectant mothers (One adult support person/labor coach is welcome)
