This one‑day class is designed to help new mothers and their birth partners feel informed, prepared, and confident as they approach childbirth. Participants will receive practical guidance and hospital‑specific information to support a positive birth experience.

- Stages and progression of labor
- Pain control options, including natural techniques
- What to expect during a cesarean birth
- Labor & Delivery practices and procedures at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – College Station
Target Audience
- Expectant parents, grandparents or caregivers
- One support person is encouraged to attend and must be added during registration
- Participants must be registered to deliver at Labor and Delivery | Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – College Station
- No children under the age of 16, unless they are the patient
