Participants meet in the main hospital lobby for an overview of access, valet services, and directions to Labor & Delivery. The tour includes entry into the L&D unit, covering security procedures, visitor guidelines, and available support services.

Guests visit key areas such as triage and a labor room, with a brief overview of labor options, pain management, and the birth experience. The tour also includes discussion of cesarean delivery, NICU services, and postpartum care.

Attendees will see a postpartum room and review recovery expectations, newborn care, feeding options, and discharge planning. The tour concludes with time for questions.
