This interactive class is designed for expectant and new parents, grandparents, or caregivers. It aims to help you develop realistic expectations and gain confidence in the basics of infant care.
Topics include:
- Soothing techniques
- Guidelines for safe sleep
- Diapering
- Car seat safety
- Feeding
- Bathing
You’ll also receive invaluable parenting tips and helpful resources to support and build your parenting skills.
Target Audience
Enroll expectant parent, grandparents, or caregivers. (One support person encouraged to attend and does not need to enroll).
