Prepare for parenthood with confidence in this hands‑on, interactive in‑person class designed for new and expectant parents. This course provides practical education and real‑world skills to help you feel prepared to care for your newborn from day one.

Evidence‑based guidance aligned with American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations
Target Audience
Registration is required for the expectant mother only.
One support person is welcome to attend.
