We're thrilled to welcome you to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest for your touring experience. Your journey will begin with a warm welcome from one of our dedicated team members, who will guide you through an authentic and reassuring tour experience.

We encourage you to bring any question you may have- our staff is eager to ensure that you feel comfortable, confident and excited as you prepare to welcome your baby.

During the tour, you'll enter our labor and deliver unit, including a spacious birthing suite where you'll experience the comfort and care you will receive. You'll also visit our centralized nurses' station, where you'll meet friendly faces who may be there to support you in the near future. We'll pass by our OBED, giving you a glimpse of our comprehensive care routes.

Next, we'll visit our family centered mother baby unit, where you'll see a traditional postpartum room. You'll have the opportunity learn about our services, including lactation support, visitation policies and generic anticipated timelines for stay.

Our goal is to provide you with valuable information, as well as ease any concerns, so you and your family feel completely prepared and at peace as you enter this exciting new chapter.
