This class is designed for expectant parents and focuses on both the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. Taught by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), it provides practical guidance and support to help you feel confident in your breastfeeding journey.
Topics include:
- Benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby
- How to initiate feedings and maintain milk supply
- Latch and positioning techniques
- Breast care and breast milk storage
- Incorporating breastfeeding into your lifestyle
Target Audience
Enroll expectant parent, grandparents, or caregivers. (One support person encouraged to attend and does not need to enroll).
