Get ready for parenthood with this hands-on, interactive class designed to help new and expectant parents feel confident and prepared. You'll learn the essentials of infant care, including safe sleep practices, soothing techniques, car seat safety, and breastfeeding basics. The course also covers newborn growth and development, diapering, bathing, and feeding—along with practical insights based on American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. Build your skills, ask questions, and gain real-world experience to support your parenting journey from day one.
Target Audience
Please enroll expectant mother only. (One partner/coach are encouraged to attend but do not need to be enrolled.)
