A Calm, Supportive Way to Stay Strong While Expecting

This class is specifically designed for expectant mothers and incorporates pregnancy‑safe exercises that support strength building, enhance endurance, and encourage physical readiness for labor and delivery.

This 45‑minute group exercise class is thoughtfully designed for expectant mothers and focuses on safe, effective, full‑body movement. Participants will use a variety of equipment, including light hand weights, resistance bands, and small yoga balls, to build strength and support overall prenatal fitness.
