Expecting a baby?
Prepare for your baby’s arrival with confidence through this comprehensive childbirth education series, offered over three consecutive Tuesday evenings. This class is designed to support expectant mothers and their partners or support persons, providing education, guidance, and reassurance for the journey ahead.

A guided maternity tour at the conclusion of the final class to help you feel familiar, prepared, and confident for your delivery experience.
Target Audience
Registration is required for the expectant mother only.
One support person is welcome to attend.
Class Schedule
Classes will be held on the following Tuesdays, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM:

What You’ll Learn
Throughout this three‑week series, participants will:
- Learn the stages of labor and birth
- Understand the important role of the dad or support person
- Practice comfort measures, including relaxation and breathing techniques
- Explore pain management options, including epidurals
- Review special procedures, such as cesarean birth
- Gain insight into postpartum recovery
- Learn essential newborn care basics
This engaging series provides practical education, hands‑on techniques, and evidence‑based information to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident as you approach childbirth and the early days of parenthood.
