    This interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor & delivery, as well as the Postpartum and Nursery Units. All questions are welcomed. NOTE: Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

    We are excited to provide you a 45 minute virtual tour of our hospital facility and share how we can support you during your upcoming birth. Included: Short hospital tour video Go over the key areas you will come across during your stay:  General Information  Labor & Delivery  Neonatal Intensive Care Unit  New Family Center  Food Services Discussion to answer any questions. By the end of our virtual tour, you will know where to go and what to expect for your baby's birth.

    Esta clase es de 1 día a la semana durante 4 semanas consecutivas y se enfoca en todas las fases de trabajo de parto, parto, recuperación y posparto mientras está en el hospital. o Las primeras dos semanas se centran en el embarazo, el trabajo de parto y los procedimientos. o La tercera semana es un recorrido por las instalaciones y una clase de lactancia materna     - Durante esta semana comenzaremos en la torre sur a las 6:00 p.m., lobby delantero del primer piso... El instructor vendrá y reunirá a todos los estudiantes de la clase o La cuarta semana es el cuidado del recién nacido después del parto Se anima a la persona de apoyo principal a asistir.

    This virtual class for expectant parents focusing on the joys, and common concerns of breastfeeding. Information includes the benefits for parents and babies, initiating feedings, maintaining a milk supply and other practical considerations. Discussion includes basic breastfeeding knowledge and its importance, latch and positioning, breast care, storage and breastfeeding lifestyle. This class will include access to the online Breastfeeding Class after completion. This class is taught by an IBCLC
