We will train you on proper technique to stop the bleed and use of tourniquets so you can feel confident in a bleeding emergency. FREE to public.

05/06/2025 - 12:00pm to 1:00pmWe are excited to provide you a 45-60 minute live virtual tour of our hospital facility and share how we can support you during your upcoming birth. Included: The key areas you will come across during your stay, general information on how to prepare and what to pack for the hospital. The tour will cover Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, New Family Center, Food Services, visitor guidelines and prenatal classes. There will be discussion to answer any questions.

05/06/2025 - 6:00pm to 9:00pmThis 3-week series focuses on preparation for childbirth, emphasizing the experience of labor and birth and the important role of the support person. A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn. Registration fee includes support person.
