This class is designed for expectant parents and focuses on both the joys and common concerns of breastfeeding. You'll learn about the benefits for both mother and baby, how to initiate feedings, maintain a healthy milk supply, and navigate common challenges.
Topics also include:
- Combining breastfeeding with returning to work
- Expressing and safely storing breast milk
- Practical tips for a successful breastfeeding experience
Whether you're planning to breastfeed or just exploring your options, this class offers supportive, evidence-based guidance to help you feel confident and prepared.
Target Audience
Enroll expectant parent, grandparents, or caregivers. (One support person encouraged to attend and should be added to registration).
