Breastfeeding Class: Waxahachie (In-Person Patient Class)
Expecting a baby?
Join our breastfeeding class to feel confident and prepared for a successful start.
This class is designed to support expectant mothers as they begin their breastfeeding journey. Participants will learn about the benefits of breastfeeding for both mother and baby, along with guidance on getting off to a strong start during the hospital stay.
You’ll also learn how to:
- Navigate the first few weeks at home
- Recognize and manage common breastfeeding challenges
- Access support and helpful resources when needed
- Understand pumping and weaning to support long‑term breastfeeding success
Target Audience
Registration is required for the expectant mother only.
One support person is welcome to attend. (No children.)
