  • This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean), and the basics of breastfeeding, including what to expect in the hospital.

  • The course typically runs for the entire duration.   
  • We take frequent breaks and encourage you to bring snacks, drinks, or lunch to ensure your comfort during these periods.   
  • We do cover a lot of content during this class, and welcome questions throughout the process. 
  • The course does not include infant CPR, as that content is offered thru the American Heart Association or the Red Cross
