Prepare for your baby’s arrival with confidence in this comprehensive, one‑day childbirth education class. Designed to support expectant mothers and their partners or support persons, this class provides essential education, guidance, and reassurance to help you feel prepared for labor, delivery, and early parenthood.

A guided maternity unit tour, allowing participants to become familiar with the birthing environment and feel confident and prepared for their delivery experience.
Target Audience
Registration is required for the expectant mother only.
One support person is welcome to attend.
