Living Heart Healthy (In-Person Patient Seminar)
Overview
Join us for Living Heart Healthy, an in-person free seminar for people with cardiovascular disease and their loved ones or those who wish to prevent heart disease.
A team of clinical experts including cardiologist Ramarao Lankipalli, MD, and cardiac rehabilitation nurse educators and exercise physiologists will provide a variety of heart healthy information and tips to lower the risk for heart disease.
Program
Objective: Exercise management, blood pressure management, nutrition and weight management as well as stress management will be addressed.
Cardiac rehabilitation benefits will be presented for those who have been treated for heart disease.
Breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
