Our In-Person Maternity Tour offers expectant families the chance to get familiar with the Labor & Delivery and New Family Center units. This guided tour helps ease any uncertainty by showing you what to expect and where to go when the big day arrives.
Following the tour, we’ll provide:
• Pre-registration assistance
• Practical information and resources for new parents
• An opportunity to ask questions and feel more prepared
This is a great way to feel confident and comfortable before your baby’s arrival!
Maternity Tour: McKinney (In-Person Patient Tour)
This interactive tour provides the expectant couple an opportunity to become familiar with labor & delivery, as well as the Postpartum and Nursery Units. All questions are welcomed.
NOTE:
• Pre-registration is required. These tours are very popular and have limited space, do NOT enroll in more than one tour. Childbirth classes include a tour, you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.
Maternity Tour: Grapevine (In-Person Patient Tour)
Our interactive Maternity Tour provides expectant families an opportunity to become familiar with all the services we provide on the Labor & Delivery and The New Family Center units.
• Please be sure to complete a separate registration for all who will attend the tour, including children and grandparents.
• Pre-registration assistance and practical information for new parents will be available after the tour.

No registration necessary.

Our hospital tour offers expectant parents and siblings a chance to prepare for the big day by becoming familiar with the birth environment. You'll get a guided look at our facilities, and we'll answer any questions to help ease anxiety and make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable.
This tour is offered at no cost and is a great way to feel more confident and ready for your hospital stay.
Please note: Tours are also included as part of the childbirth preparation class.
Patient Tour - Hillcrest/Waco (In-Person Patient Tour)
We’re excited to welcome you to Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest for a guided tour designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your delivery experience! You’ll explore key areas of our facility, including the labor and delivery unit, birthing suites, and family-centered mother-baby unit. Along the way, you’ll meet members of our care team, learn about our services, and have your questions answered. Our goal is to provide reassurance and clarity as you prepare to welcome your baby.
