The first step to bariatric surgery is attending one of our bariatric seminars. This is required of anyone wanting to pursue weigh loss surgery. This is an in-depth seminar and last 2 hours.

• The first hour you have a group nutrition class that discuss healthy lifestyle changes that you can start making now and what to expect after surgery.
• The second hour you will meet with one of our bariatric surgeons who will discuss what obesity is, how it happens, and how it effects your health.
