This hands-on class is designed to support new and expectant parents as they learn the basics of infant care. You’ll gain practical knowledge on topics such as:
- Guidelines for safe sleep
- Diapering
- Car seat safety
- Feeding
- Bathing
- And much more!
You’ll also walk away with invaluable parenting tips, trusted resources, and confidence‑building techniques to help make those first weeks at home smoother and less overwhelming.

One support person is encouraged to attend and should be included during registration.

Please park in the emergency room parking lot and enter the hospital through the Emergency room entrance. You will then turn right to head towards the clinic. Please follow signage.
