This non-certification class is designed specifically for parents, grandparents, and caregivers of infants and children. Our essential hands-on practice class provides the skills and confidence to turn a life-threatening situation into a lifesaving one. This class is designed to help new parents develop realistic expectations while learning the basics of infant care.
Section 1: This class provides guidance on newborn care, including detailed instructions on swaddling, diapering, and other essential caregiving techniques.
Section 2: The second part of the class focuses on breastfeeding, including techniques for positioning and latching, as well as what to expect as your milk supply establishes.
