Please join us from the safety and comfort of your own home and enjoy the same exclusive childbirth classes taught by experienced and credentialed educators. In this class you will find ways to create a calm environment and ensure hormonal abundance, release endorphins, and connect with your partner during each phase of labor.

Let us help you have the informed birth you desire! Our class was designed and created to help take the fear out of childbirth through evidence-based research, education, and informed consent. Couples will be prepared for a low intervention, unmediated, natural birth after attending this class. This class is register/pay per couple so please only register yourself. One partner is automatically allowed to attend the class with you. Childbirth classes include a tour; you do not need to enroll in a standalone tour separately.

This class measurably improves diabetes control by enhancing knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to diabetes. This ADA-recognized Diabetes Self-Management Program provides all the basic skills required to live healthy with diabetes over the course of a lifetime. Participants will complete four sessions within one to four months. Each class is two hours, except Session 1.

Join us for a special session "Meet the Doulas" where you’ll hear from experienced doulas from the United Way of Tarrant County and Trust Her Doula Initiative. These doulas can provide free labor and delivery and postpartum support to eligible families in Tarrant County. During the session, you will learn how doulas can enhance your birth experience, offer emotional and physical comfort, and advocate for your needs during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. You will get to meet the 5 doulas on the team, and receive assistance in applying if interested. Eligible families can receive prenatal sessions, attendance at birth and delivery, and up to 8 postpartum visits within the first year after delivery, all for no cost. Whether you're expecting your first baby or adding to your family, this class will connect you with valuable, compassionate resources!
