Intro to breastfeeding (With the Childbirth Class only, not in Accelerated Childbirth Class):
This class covers labor, childbirth (Vaginal and Cesarean), and the basics of breastfeeding, including what to expect in the hospital.

This class focuses on preparation for childbirth, emphasizing the experience of labor and birth and the important role of the support person . A variety of comfort measures are taught and practiced in class, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Special Procedures and epidurals are discussed, as well as an overview of cesarean birth, postpartum, and the newborn.

This childbirth preparation class is designed to guide expectant parents through the labor and birth experience, with a special emphasis on the vital role of the support person.
Participants will learn and practice a variety of comfort techniques, including relaxation and breathing exercises. The class also includes discussion of special procedures, epidurals, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and basic newborn care.
