This class is 1 day a week for 4 consecutive weeks that focuses on the entire labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum phases while in the hospital. • First and Second week is focused on pregnancy, labor and procedures • Third week is a facility tour and breastfeeding class. During this week we will start in the south tower at 6:00pm, first floor front lobby… instructor will come and get the class all together • Fourth week is post-partum newborn care
Esta clase es 1 día a la semana durante 4 semanas consecutivas que se enfoca en las fases de trabajo de parto, parto, recuperación y postparto mientras está en el hospital. Primera y segunda semana: se enfoca en el embarazo, el trabajo de parto y los procedimientos. Tercera semana: es un recorrido por las instalaciones y una clase de lactancia materna. Durante esta semana comenzaremos en la torre sur a las 6:00 pm, en el vestíbulo principal del primer piso… el instructor reunirá a toda la clase. Cuarta semana: es el cuidado del recién nacido en el postparto.
This four-week series meets once a week and provides a comprehensive look at the entire childbirth journey—from labor and delivery to postpartum care and newborn essentials. • Weeks 1 & 2 focus on pregnancy, the labor process, and common medical procedures. • Week 3 includes a facility tour and a dedicated breastfeeding class. Participants will meet in the South Tower front lobby (first floor) at 6:00 p.m., where the instructor will greet and guide the group. • Week 4 covers postpartum recovery and newborn care. Designed for expectant parents, this course helps build knowledge, confidence, and connection during a transformative time.

This online class will walk you through standard newborn traits, care for, feedings, safety, etc. After enrolling, you will receive our email confirmation with your access code and instructions on how to access the course. The course will be good for 9 months starting from the time you first logon. Your childbirth educator's contact information will be included in the program for any questions you may have.
